EXCHANGE

Size exchange is available in case wrong size is delivered by us. However, if the delivered size is correct as per your ordered size, we do not offer free size exchange. In that case you can get size exchanged by paying shipping fee of Rs. 120.

For size exchange contact us within 3 days post order delivery at hello@dazzluk.com or on WhatsApp and we will get back to you. Please note that size exchange will be processed once we will receive the product returned by you and we will dispatch the new item within 2 days.

CONDITIONS (EXCHANGE)

Please make sure the tags are intact for a smooth process. Any returns without the tags, damage, or stains on clothes will not be accepted. Size Exchange will be only accepted once against every order. It will not be accepted if the customer wishes to exchange the same order for a second time.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns if you do not like quality, style or fit. Please be sure of the size, fit, material, color before placing your order. Please check the SIZE CHART carefully before placing an orders.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you have received a damaged product, we apologize. We are more than willing to help you out. Please click pictures and a video of the product and email to hello@dazzluk.com or on our WhatsApp. We will issue an exchange for your order.

EMPTY PACKAGE RECEIVED

All orders are weighed before dispatching, that’s why it is practically impossible to receive an empty parcel. Please do not create a false claim of empty package received just to get a refund or replacement. All such requests will be rejected.

REFUNDS

Refund requests are not accepted in any manner. If you find any issues with your order, we will completely solve it through product exchanges.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. If you have ordered the wrong size product by mistake, you can simply email us at hello@dazzluk.com or on WhatsApp to change it to the preferred size within 1 hour of placing your order and we will happily update it.
